News about public transportation in Eugendorf
Since the beginning of 2016, travel from and to Eugendorf on public buses is included. In other words, you will be able to ride between Eugendorf and Salzburg City of Mozart for free. Use the number 130, 131 and 140 buses from Eugendorf (this does not include the stops “Eugendorf Kirchberg” and “Henndorf Gersbach” for the No. 130, or the “Eugendorf Kraimoos” stop for the No. 140 bus, since these are not located within the Eugendorf public transport district – we appreciate your understanding).
However, the following buses are included:
- Bus No. 130 Salzburg – SVV-Zone Eugendorf and return
- Bus No. 131 Salzburg – SVV-Zone Eugendorf and return
- Bus No. 140 Salzburg – SVV-Zone Eugendorf and return
The SalzburgCard includes all stops in SVV (Salzburger Verkehrsverbund) Zone “Eugendorf”. If you need more detailed information, please consult the SVV service map (see above for exceptions).
Use public transportation in Salzburg City for free
Furthermore, public transportation (Obus Nos. 1-14, Albus and Postbus lines, Lokalbahn trains) are free within the city limits and to nearby sightseeing attractions (e.g. Hellbrunn). If you are uncertain whether those buses without overhead power lines are included in the package, simply ask the driver for information.
