Statistical Analysis (Tracking)

In order to conduct a statistical analysis of use of our webpage, the following task-focused cookies are utilized.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics makes use of so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and that enable Google to conduct an analysis of your use of this website. In general, the information about your use of this website which is generated by the cookie is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In the event IP anonymization is activated on this website, if you are within a member state of the European Union or a different state within the European Economic Area that is a party to the agreement, before this happens Google will abbreviate your IP address. Only in exceptional cases will the IP address first be transmitted to a Google server in the USA, where it will then be shortened. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information in order to evaluate your use of this website, to compile reports about website activities, as well as to provide the website operator with additional services related to use of the website as well as the Internet. The IP address which is transmitted to Google Analytics by your web browser is not merged with other data by Google. You may prevent this storage of cookies by changing the corresponding settings on your browser software; However, we must draw your attention to the fact that, should you choose to do so, you may not be able to take advantage of the full functionality of this website.

Furthermore, you can prevent the transmission of data collected by the cookie pertaining to your use of this website (including your IP address) to Google as well as the processing of this data by Google simply by downloading and installing the browser plug-in which is available by clicking on the following link:

IP Anonymization

Your IP address is saved, though immediately (by deleting the last 8 bits) pseudonymized. In this way, only general localization is possible.

Social Media Cookies

As a general practice, we do not install social media cookies and do not transmit any data to social networks. Only when the user deliberately activates a social media service (by clicking on "share", "tweet" etc.) will your activities be synced with these services.

You can delete cookies that are already stored on your computer whenever you wish. The method to do so will vary according to your browser. For details, simply consult the instructions provided to you in your browser’s help menu!

3. Deletion of Data and Length of Storage

The responsible party processes the personally identifiable data of the person in question up to that point in time when it becomes apparent to the responsible party that no further contact or business relationship is likely to occur with the aforementioned person. As a rule, this point in time occurs three years subsequent to the last contact with the affected person, though not prior to expiration of statutory retention requirements.

Data pertaining to billing shall be retained for a period of seven years in compliance with § 132 (1) BAO.

Personally identifiable data will be deleted two months subsequent to expiration of this time period.
