| Easy beautiful walk on the Mönchsberg in Salzburg, affording superb views of Salzburg City and the surrounding countryside. the path leads partly through forest, but with scenic side trails along the way. A visit to the Museum der moderne on the Mönchsberg is a rewarding option, while a number of restairants and cafes invite you to stop in for a meal and a drink. There are several different paths you can take back into the city, or you might wish to ride the Mönchsberg lift located right there at the Museum der Moderne. | |
