The Salzkammergut Bike Tour takes cyclist through some of the most beautiful landscapes in Austria, a lake district on the northern edge of the Alps spread across three provinces, Upper Austria, Salzburg and Styria. The 345 km-long main route generally sticks to well-marked bike paths or roads with little traffic. Many variants and side trips give you flexibility to create a custom-tailored experience.
