Public viewing areas in the SalzburgerLand.
"Not off the beaten track but where it´s happening" - was the slogan used to plan the fan zone for the 13th EUROPEAN FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP in the host City of Salzburg. Football fans have never watched their favorite teams play in such a stunning setting: wath the UEFA EURO 2008™ "live" on the squares in the middle of Salzburg´s old dity, declared a world heritage site by UNESCO. Numerous bars, restaurants and coffeehouses in close proximity to the fan zone are the perfect complement for partying football fans. |
A number of public viewing areas
will be set up throughout the SalzburgerLand for all of the matches. Football fans will be able to watch the games ˜live” in the towns of Zell am See, Saalfelden, Saalbach and Bischofshofen.

Coca Cola® Fan Tour
The Coca Cola® Fan Tour through the SalzburgerLand will begin just in time for the European Championship. The truck will stop in the city of Salzburg on the match days, June 10, 14 and 18, 2008. It will be traveling through the SalzburgerLand on 16 other match days, offering plenty of fun and action for fans with a variety of interactive games, a mobile screen, stage and contest.
